Prior to leaving our facilities, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products we are not currently accepting any returns. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is sent to Xquisite Komfort within 7 days of delivery. If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
